DELIVERY INFORMATION

FREE delivery on orders over £75.00 throughout December.

*Excludes large/heavy items and furniture orders.

UK Standard Delivery Charge – £5.95 

2-3 Days. Our usual carrier is DPD. They will notify you with the allocated delivery day and give you the option to change your delivery date or nominate a safe place for your parcel to be left. They will contact you on the day of delivery with your 1 hour delivery window.

We do also, on occasion, use alternative couriers. If you are given a tracking number please check on the relevant courier website for updates or to track your order.  

 Next Day Delivery – N/A

We are not currently able to offer next day delivery as a specific service, but our items are generally despatched within 24 hours of receiving your order During normal times, you will receive your package within 2-3 days.

UK Large/Heavy Item Delivery – £15

Larger or Heavy items will be delivered via DPD within 3-5 days.

UK Small Furniture £30
Please allow 7-14 days for delivery of small furniture. Our couriers will contact you to arrange a convenient day.

UK Large Furniture £50
Please allow up to 14 days for delivery of our larger furniture. Our couriers will contact you to arrange a convenient day.

UK Channel Islands – FROM £15

Please allow up to 14 days for delivery. Final delivery costs will be caluclated based on size and weight and we reserve the right to contact you if the cost exceeds £15, to take additional payment.

Republic of Ireland – FROM £15

Please allow up to 14 days for delivery. Final delivery costs will be caluclated based on size and weight and we reserve the right to contact you if the cost exceeds £15, to take additional payment.

International Delivery
We do not currently offer international delivery but hope to be able to offer this service in the very near future.

 

RETURNS

 

We hope that you love the items you purchase from FIKA lifestyle, but we do understand that sometimes your order may not be quite right for you. If you need to return any items to us, please follow the simple steps below and we will process your return.

  • Items must be returned within 14 days to qualify for a full refund.
  • Sale items and perishables are NOT eligible for a refund.
  • All items to be returned MUST be unused and in the same condition as you received them.

*Please thoroughly inspect your items when delivered, before disposing of the packaging.

  • Please ensure to pack the items to be returned safely and sufficiently, in their original packaging.

We cannot accept liability for items damaged in transit.

  • Please enclose a note to tell us why you are returning your item/s. Alternatively, please print out our returns form here and include with your package.
  • Please ensure you include your name and order number with your returns note/form. We are UNABLE to process your refund without this information.
  • Returns are at the customer’s cost unless otherwise agreed by us.
  • When posting your item back, please obtain proof of postage of your return. If you are shipping an item over £50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.

We cannot accept liability for items lost in transit.

  • Refunds will be processed via the payment method used at the time of order, excluding the original delivery costs.
  • Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving your returned goods.

 

DAMAGED/FAULTY ITEMS

If you believe that your item is damaged or faulty, please email us within 24hrs of receipt of delivery at hello@fikalifestyle.co.uk and include photos of the damage/fault as well as a detailed description. We can then arrange for a replacement or refund.

Please DO NOT return damaged or faulty goods without contacting us first. We are unable to refund any postage costs incurred if you return damaged items without contacting us.

EXCHANGE

Unfortunately we are not able to offer direct exchanges through our website. However, once you have returned your unwanted items you are of course welcome to re-order an alternative item. Please note that any new order will be subject to our usual delivery terms and costs.
